SHIPPING POLICY

U.S. SHIPPING

Orders are fulfilled and shipped from fulfillment centers in the United States.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before shipment.

Standard/Economy shipping times vary by destination and carrier. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout when available.

FREE standard shipping is available on eligible U.S. orders of $70 or more. For orders below $70, shipping rates are calculated based on the order and shipping option selected at checkout.

Please note: Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is currently unavailable.

ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY

Delivery estimates are provided as a general guideline and are not guaranteed. Shipping times may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, high order volumes, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. WOZOLIFE is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at contact@wozolife.com as soon as possible and include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos when applicable.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping availability depends on the product and destination. Certain products may only be available for shipping within the United States.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
